Basic Psychic Cleansing

During the recent Psychic Development course students confirmed the effectiveness of salt baths for psychic cleansing. A cup of natural sea salt in a bath once a week is enough to cleanse away most negativity collected during the previous week.

Throughout winter, when temperatures prohibit swimming in the ocean, you can replicate the ocean with a salt bath. As a result of immersing yourself up to your chin in the salt water, you are more likely to enjoy a deep restful sleep at night.

If your work exposes you to more than usual negativity (such as working in a hospital, prison, healing center or a public bar) then you may need more regular psychic cleansing methods, such as meditation.
