Perfect Love ?

With single person dwellings accounting for 26% of Australian homes* (it's currently 30.5 % in the UK**) it seems that although we still want love relationships, more of us prefer to live alone.

Despite the current estimates of 1.5 million Australian being registered on Internet dating sites, our search for a partner doesn't always extend to living together. City living forces us to share busses and trains with strangers, an office with people we might not want to associate with on a daily basis and queues for lunch, transport and social venues. Any chance we have to be away from the crowds is enthusiastically embraced.

When researching my book Finding Your Soul Mate, it occurred to me that many of us remain single by raising our expectations and refusing to compromise. Despite the fact that we desire a perfect partner, we no longer expect our relationships to last a lifetime. This new book explores how increased expectations can limit our relationship opportunities, and the possibilities available to us if we reduce our expectations (even slightly) and compromise.

Talk at Phoenix Rising

Finding Your Soul Mate is the title of my talk at 6:30 pm on Wednesday March the 10^th at Phoenix Rising Bookshop in Glebe (31a Glebe Point Road).

In this talk I'll examine the importance of being prepared when a soul mate relationship arrives, and how we can get in our own way when it comes to love.

Melbourne Tarot Course in June

The next beginners Tarot course in Melbourne will be held over the weekend of June 19^th and 20^th. This course is based on my book The Tarot Revealed and offers a practical introduction to tarot reading. It includes demonstrations and practice sessions, so bring some questions for the cards. Correspondence Course Feedback

Some of those who weren't able to attend the February Introductory tarot course opted for the correspondence course instead. Feedback for this distance learning course has been very positive, and several students plan to join the Advanced tarot course in March after completing the correspondence course.

The DVD and the workbook make it more suitable for busy people who can only spend a few hours a week learning. It includes the opportunity to email me during the course if you're confused. The colour posters included simplify the learning process.

Psychic Energy Cords TV Discussion

The ongoing side effects of psychic cords was the subject of my recent interview on 9AM with David and Kim. It's now available to view via the link below. During the interview we discussed how cords are formed, how they can influence our decision making and how you can remove them.
