Talk at Adyar Bookshop

Finding Your Soul Mate is the title of my
free talk at 6:00pm on Thursday February the 11th
at Adyar bookshop in Sydney.
An astounding discovery I made in researching this book was
that the most influential force in restricting a new
relationship from blossoming wasn't what most people expected.
It wasn't size, shape, income or fashion sense of the
potential partner, but unresolved issues from the past.
Unrequited love, or a past relationship which initially
held great promise but didn't deliver results is often more
difficult to dismiss than a love that has soured. While some
people I interviewed struggled with attempting to manifest a
perfect partner after a breakup, others retreated from
relationships altogether, to emotionally safer ground.
It occurred to me that it is almost impossible to attract a
perfect partner for a relationship if your heart grieves for a
previous partner, or it is bruised from a recent breakup.

During this talk I'll
examine how relationships have changed in the past 20 years, both in
how we meet each other and in our expectations. There is limited
seating, so be early. I'll be available after the talk to answer
questions and sign copies of my new book.

from 12:00 noon on Sunday the 7th. Space is limited, so

I won't have time to see clients this visit, but I'll be giving
short readings on air on radio 5AA from 2:00 pm on Monday the
8th with Amanda Blair.

Corporate Events -
Private Functions
 We can supply experienced
tarot readers, astrologers or palmists for corporate events or
private functions on an hourly basis within the Sydney
metropolitan area. Interstate readers can be supplied
with enough notice.
Palm readers can help to break the ice
at parties and corporate events, as they wander the room explaining
to guests what their hands reveal.
Tarot readers offer guests the chance
to hear about themselves and to ask specific questions of the cards,
such as career, relationship or financial questions, through 15 - 20
minute tarot readings.
Astrologers can provide a printed
chart wheel and explanation, detailing the guests personality traits
and career talents. To prepare charts we need guests names, dates of
birth, times of birth and birth location.
We can provide the appropriate number of
readers according to the size of the venue, the expected numbers and
the duration of the event, so that everyone has a chance to
experience a personal reading.
Having organised readers for events since
1986, we have found that usually only 80% of those attending the
event will actually want a personal reading. Allowing for 4 readings
per hour per reader, you can gauge how many readers you’ll need to
cover your guests in the time.
Palmists
are best for larger gatherings, as they can walk through the crowd,
reading hands at will. For gatherings of 200 or more, palmists are
the perfect choice, as they can spend a few minutes here and there,
delighting guests with their revelations.
Tarot
readers require a card table and two chairs (to allow guests to be
seated for the reading) and this table needs to be situated away
from the band, DJ or loud speakers. A private room is best if
available, as it affords guests some privacy.
Multi skilled readers are also available
to give tarot readings, palm readings and astrological insights at
your special event. Readers need only a five minute break per hour to rest the
voice and stretch the legs. All readings are confidential. Minimum
